Our challenge was to create a transformational project for Limassol: a beautiful coastal community of residential and recreational spaces that celebrates Sustainability and the spirit of the Mediterranean.

Respecting the rich culture of the surrounding area and the surrounding rocky hills, situated at the coastal zone, the complex embraces the temperate climate and maximizes the panoramic views from the Limassol skyline to the Mediterranean blue waters.

The residences form integrates multiple terraces and shade lattices, balancing the desire for dynamically expansive outlooks with an intimate interior of repose.

The complex is being designed according to the highest international standards, displaying different residential units including luxury villas, residences, townhouses, apartments and suites.
